Export to Markdown
Export one or many notes to a Markdown file - share to Files, Obsidian, Mail, or any app.
VivaDicta can export one or more notes to a Markdown file - ready to drop into Obsidian, a Git repo, an email, or any tool that speaks Markdown. The export bundles the full transcript text along with relevant metadata, so your notes leave the app in a portable form.
Enter Selection Mode
On the main screen, tap the Select icon (the checkmark) in the top toolbar to enter multi-select mode.
Pick Notes and Share
Tap each note you want to export, or use Select All to grab everything visible (current tag filters still apply). Then tap the Share icon in the bottom bar and choose Export to Markdown from the share sheet.
Where the File Goes
The share sheet gives you the usual iOS destinations: save to Files or iCloud Drive, send via Mail or Messages, open in Obsidian, or pipe into any app that accepts a Markdown file. Each selected note becomes its own .md file - no combined document.
