Bulk Export from History
- In the history view, enter selection mode.
- Select the transcriptions you want to export.
- Click Export and choose a format:
- CSV — spreadsheet-friendly, includes all metadata.
- JSON — structured data, includes all fields.
- Markdown — human-readable, perfect for your Obsidian vault, second brain, AI agents, or documentation workflows.
Individual Export
From the transcription detail view, export a single transcription as Markdown. You can choose to export:
- Only the currently selected variation.
- All sections (raw + all AI variations).
What's Included
Exported Markdown includes a metadata header with:
- Transcription model used.
- Viva Mode.
- Recording duration.
- Timestamps.
