Bulk Export from History

In the history view, enter selection mode.
Select the transcriptions you want to export.
Click Export and choose a format:

CSV — spreadsheet-friendly, includes all metadata.
JSON — structured data, includes all fields.
Markdown — human-readable, perfect for your Obsidian vault, second brain, AI agents, or documentation workflows.

Individual Export

From the transcription detail view, export a single transcription as Markdown. You can choose to export:

Only the currently selected variation.
All sections (raw + all AI variations).

Sharing

Beyond saving a file, notes can go straight to Mail, Messages, Notes or AirDrop through the standard macOS share sheet — from a note's detail screen or from a multi-selection in History. Each note is staged as a real .md file, so the receiving app gets a properly named document rather than a blob of text.

Auto-Share per Viva Mode

Export settings belong to the Viva Mode, so a mode carries its whole export contract: whether it auto-shares, where to, what the file contains, and whether its notes offer a save button.

A meetings mode can write every note straight into an Obsidian vault while a coding mode writes somewhere else and the rest write nowhere. The folder is resolved from the mode that produced the note, not whichever mode is active when the write happens.

The Markdown content picker — original only, original plus all variations, original plus the last one, or the last one alone — applies to sharing, saving and auto-sharing alike.

What's Included

Exported Markdown includes a metadata header with:

Timestamps.
